Once upon a time, a young man dreamed of leaving his small Mississippi hometown, chasing the allure of big cities and bigger opportunities. But life, in its quiet wisdom, brought him full circle. In leaving, he discovered something extraordinary: the treasure he sought was waiting back home. And so, he returned, not just to his roots, but to his purpose.
That man is Ray Q. Founder. Architectural Visionary. A man who left Mississippi and returned to Mississippi transformed.
PRIAURA is the expression of that return. It is Mississippi-rooted and Mississippi-proud. But it is also something larger: a reclamation of what was meant to harm, transformed into what lifts.

Cotton’s New Legacy.
Mississippi is soaked in history, some of it triumphant, some of it painful. The cotton fields, once synonymous with oppression and forced labor, now serve as a foundation for liberation and creativity. What was meant to break a people now lifts them.
Our finest pieces begin with organic cotton grown across the South, a tangible link to the past, repurposing what once enslaved to now empower. Our goal is to make directly from the very Mississippi farms that enslaved many, turning pain into purpose.
Every thread is intentional. Every stitch carries meaning. Every piece is a statement: we will not let history be forgotten. We will reclaim it. We will honor it. We will transform it.
